I am an antitrust economist at the Belgian Competition Authority (Chief Economist Team). I mainly work on merger reviews and abuse of dominance investigations. I also carry out proactive work, such as sectoral studies.

In my spare time, I conduct research in my other area of expertise: corporate tax avoidance. My interests revolve around multinational enterprises and foreign direct investments in tax havens. I combine quantitative methods with insights from accounting, international business, and management to shed light on profit shifting patterns.

I hold a PhD in Economics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, an MRes in Economics from the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, and an Engineering degree in Statistics from ENSAE Paris.
